We review compatibility, value, performance goals, airflow, and upgrade paths.

Customer approval

Parts, service scope, and expected pricing are confirmed before work moves forward.

Parts ordered or dropped off

Customer-owned parts are dropped off, or approved parts are ordered based on the project plan.

Build or repair

The PC is assembled, upgraded, repaired, or cleaned up according to the approved scope.

Setup and testing

Windows, drivers, BIOS checks, fan/RGB behavior, storage detection, and basic stability are reviewed.

Pickup or delivery

The finished PC is handed off with notes about setup, care, warranty information, and next steps.

Follow-up support

Questions after pickup are welcome, especially for setup, maintenance, or manufacturer warranty direction.
